Jinya Ramen Bar - Fairfax

JINYA Ramen Bar in Fairfax consistently delivers outstanding quality. Their vegan ramen is exceptional — rich, flavorful, and deeply satisfying without feeling heavy. The drinks are equally impressive, especially the matcha lychee lemonade, which is one of the most balanced and refreshing specialty drinks I’ve had anywhere. The service elevates the entire experience. Our server, TJ, was genuinely friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making great recommendations and ensuring everything was perfect throughout the meal. A place that gets both flavor and hospitality right. Highly recommended.

I've been to Jinya a couple times over the past few years and the quality of food is always reliably delicious. My friend group was recently looking for a place to eat and I brought up this place as an option; there were nods and an hour later, we were all extremely satisfied. I also had some questions around the spiciness of the tonkotsu red, shoutout to our server Angel who recommended spice level 3 -- it was exactly what I was looking for!

First time guest and my experience was amazing. From the food, to the customer service and the ambiance. I enjoyed their Impossible tacos, a cocktail and the spicy vegan ramen bowl. Cynthia was amazing and didn’t rush me out even after I had finished paying. I’ll definitely be back!

Been craving ramen and this place satisfied me, partner, and baby! The starters were delicious and the ramen was literally everything I needed. It’s a nice vibey atmosphere, which definitely adds to the experience. Not to forget, friendly staff and floating managers (we love good circulation). Our waitress was also so nice, helpful, and quick- and kept our table clean. The experience was poifect;)

As a former server, I really appreciate great service when I see it. Rafael, the manager, was so involved—checking on tables, helping staff, and setting the tone. Ryan gave awesome recommendations and both Sarah and Ryan were super attentive. Great teamwork, great food, and overall an amazing experience!

We came here during dinner and the food was really good. I was impressed with the matcha tiramisu. The Pork Rice Bowl was ok and the portion is good here. Jeaneth was our host and she was very welcoming and nice. Highly recommend!
